In youth I was picky. Mac and cheese and pizza were king. These days I’ll try anything once and usually like it. Anything from cheap street tacos and $8.99 Sauvignon Blanc to high end Tapas and 12+ year scotch. Cocktails? You betcha. I am in no way a snob or elitist, however I am a bit of a hedonist. As I type this I am enjoying Belgium ale with Wise salt and vinegar potato chips and so on…
Going forward I will present a selection of tasty pairings and one-offs without the shadow of criticism. I am not a critic and will primarily focus on the positive. Let’s all be friends!
